The TTUHSC Free Clinic is an urgent care clinic whose focus is to serve those in the Lubbock community who do not have access to healthcare. Our healthcare services are offered at no cost to the pateint. Physicians and medical students from the TTUHSC School of Medicine run the clinic every Wednesday night from 6:00 p.m. - 9:30 pm. Our community partner is Lubbock Impact who provides the facility, reception staff, Medicaid counseling, a free meal at 5:30 p.m. before the clinic, prescription vouchers, bus passes, and a clothes closet.

Pre-Volunteering Information:
Clinic dress and equipment: No formal clinic attire or white coat is required. You may wear scrubs, scrub top and jeans, or jeans and a t-shirt. Please bring and wear your red TTUHSC name badge and your stethoscope.
When: Every Wednesday evening
Arrival time for first time student volunteers: 5:30 p.m.
Arrival time for all other student volunteers: 6:00 p.m.
(All student volunteers are invited to the Lubbock Impact free meal at 5:30 p.m.)
